A. Instructions on cancellation
Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside his or her trade, business or profession:
Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last of the goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Kinesis GmbH, Elisabethstraße 17, 40217 Düsseldorf, Germany, Tel.: +49 152 5316 3029, e-mail: info@kinesis.gmbh) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, which is, however, not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments that we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract.

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods which was not necessary for the purpose of checking their condition, properties and functioning.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of cancellation
The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice of or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that cannot be controlled by the trader and that may occur within the cancellation period.
The right of cancellation does not apply to consumers who, at the time of conclusion of the contract, are not nationals of a member state of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address at the time of conclusion of the contract are outside the European Union.
General information
1) Please avoid damage to and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect (postage unpaid).
3) Please note that the above points 1–2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
